About Us: We are a large insurance agency based in Corvallis, Oregon, serving the greater the West Coast and Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to protect and empower our clients through personalized insurance solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Build Relationships: Connect with current clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored risk management solutions.
Expand Our Reach: Help us bring in new clients and expand our footprint across the Pacific Northwest.
Sales Excellence: Utilize your sales skills to achieve and exceed targets, driving growth for both yourself and the agency.
Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service, ensuring our clients feel valued and protected.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of consistent work history with a focus on sales.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
Availability: Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. A 4-day work week is available after 1 year!
Location: This is an on-site position based in Corvallis, Oregon. Remote work is not available.
